The All India Muslim League Resolution of March 1940, also known as the Pakistan Resolution, is without a doubt the most significant event in Indian history that has left indelible scars on world history. The Muslims of the subcontinent modified their demand from “Separate Electorates” to “Separate State” with the passing of this Resolution. The construction of an independent Muslim state was stated as the ultimate goal of this Resolution, which rejected the idea of a united India. It inspired new hope and courage in the region’s Muslims, who rallied around Quaid-i-Azam on the Muslim League’s platform to fight for their freedom.

Every year, Pakistan celebrates the 23rd of March with vigor and zeal. Every year on this day, the government hosts a special event to commemorate the occasion. The biggest commemoration of the anniversary is the Lahore Resolution Day parade by Pakistan’s military forces. This day is commemorated in honor of our leaders and, most especially, our mentor QUAID E AZAM’s contributions to the building of our beloved nation Pakistan.
